Characteristics:
Grapes from Citrusdal Mountain, from the fabled terroir of the 'Skurfberg'. Half of the juice was fermented in stainless steal, half was fermented in 400 litre French oak. The wine was left on the fine lees in tanks/wood for 9 months. Flavours of wild gooseberries with floral keys in finish. 50 year old bush vines. Will mature well for another 5 to 10 years. Limited production of 3007 bottles and vegan friendly.
