Hazendal adopts the winemaking philosophy that a great wine begins in the vineyards. With only 12 ha under vine and a state-of-the-art wine cellar, Hazendal produces a lifestyle range, Christoffel Hazenwinkel, that pays tribute to the estate’s first owner, a premium estate range focusing on fruit expression and character, and a distinct Méthode Cap Classique.
