The slopes are cherished by the cooling False Bay winds. Vin de Constance is a world famous wine and vintage 2007 received high accolades from Parker (97/100), the other wines also excell by their finesse: Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon absolutely adore this terroir.
