Beyerskloof Synergy 2021

Characteristics:
Intense dark red colour. Bouquet of lovely red fruit and cherries, followed by sweet cedar oak aromas. The mouth gives initially an abundance of black fruit, followed by a juicy soft middle with soft, well rounded tannins. Pleasant lingering aftertaste. Interesting Cape Blend: 41% Pinotage, 23% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Shiraz, 5% Cinsaut and 4% Pinot Noir. Matured for 12 to 14 months on French oak, combination of 5% new and 96% 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill.

Food pairing:
Serve with stews, game dishes or lamb.

Beyerskloof Traildust 2022

Characteristics:
Colour is ruby red. Aromas of red fruit and cherries. Soft, well rounded tannins. Aged for 13 months on third fill French oak. Great balance with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Traildust is a tribute to the unique South African cultivar, being a blend of Pinotage and its 'parents', Pinot Noir and Cinsaut.

Food pairing:
Winemaker Anri serves this wine with duck or lamb!


Beyerskloof Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2019

Characteristics:
Deep dark red colour, coffee, mocha, chocolate, berries and herbal aroma, full-bodied wine, balanced with long rich finish. Masses of fruit and ripe tannins in finish.

Food pairing:
Baked or grilled red meat.
