Characteristics:
Deep red colour with purple edges. On the nose a variety of dark fruit flavours, plums, ripe cherry. Long finish and subtle oak spices. Good tannic backbone. 12 months of wood maturation in a combination of second and third-fill French and American oak.

Grilled lamb and poultry; oriental cuisine, with spices or chutneys. Red meat, baked or grilled.
