Characteristics:
Full-bodied, yet elegant blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec and 3% Petit Verdot. Mineral intense fruit, infused with gentle tannins, uplifted with fresh acidity, uniting in a glorious fusion of full-bodied flavour. Classic berry flavours and a hint of tobacco. Small yield and ageing potential of at least 15 years from vintage.
Food pairing:
Combine with red meat: beef, lamb, venison, accompanied by flavourful sauces. Can be enjoyed on it's own as a meditation wine.
