Characteristics:
Dry rosé with beautiful fruit concentration, young strawberries, red berries and melon. The vibrant natural acidity lifts the elegant aromatics. Blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache, Pinot Blanc and Syrah from cool climate Monterey. The grapes are harvested at lower Brix, to ensure the wine remains light in character and pairs well with food.

Extremely versatile with food, delicious as an aperitif, with exotic salads or with light spicy oriental cuisine with baked or grilled red meat.
About the winery:
Francis Ford Coppola, the famous film director is surrounded by a professional team that successfully runs a very modern winery. Since 2011, guests are welcomed to the brand new Rosso & Bianco winery in Alexander Valley in Sonoma.
