Rich and silky palate. Bright, delicious aromas and flavours of lemon and apple Pie, joined by notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. A full mouthfeel and a long, clean finish. The Central Coast’s climate is renowned for producing well-balanced wines with lush flavours, complemented by bright, natural acidity. Half of the wine spent 5 months on French oak.

Excellent with lobster, grilled sole, or oriental chicken salad. Partners quiche lorraine beautifully.
About the winery:
Francis Ford Coppola, the famous film director is surrounded by a professional team that successfully runs a very modern winery. Since 2011, guests are welcomed to the brand new Rosso & Bianco winery in Alexander Valley in Sonoma. Corey Beck is the cellar master and the grapes are sourced from the most suitable terroirs according to cépage. "Wine, food & adventure" par excellence!
