100% Chardonnay from Sonoma County, ripened on French oak for 9 months. Scents of yellow apple, tropical fruits and butterscotch. Flavours of vanilla, apricot and subtle buttery notes. Creamy texture, impeccable balance and lingering long finish.

With creamy dishes of white fish, white meat or ris de veau, with ripened cheeses or smoked salmon.
