L'Ormarins MCC Brut Rosé (2 bottles)
Characteristics:
Secondary fermentation in bottle, blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Attractive delicate salmon pink colour. Delicious whiffs of charming raspberry and strawberry aromas vie with a peppery spice nuance on the nose. The palate is vivid with lively bubbles of bright red berries and a crisp acidity. Providing equilibrium are rich, creamy lees notes and toasted biscuit flavours.

Dry and seductive as an aperitif, stylish and romantic pink bubbles. Also delicious with seafood or oysters!
Champagne Collard-Picard ADN Noir (2 bottles)
Characteristics:
Elegant, fresh, and dry Champagne made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier grapes from the Vallée de la Marne. Collard-Picard shows respect for nature and the essence of Champagne: natural fermentation, long aging (12 months) in oak barrels, a blend of 4 different harvests with at least 60% reserve wine, and a minimum of 7 years of rest in the cellars. Extra brut due to a very small dosage. Brilliant gold with fine bubbles. Aromas of ripe fruit, cherries, and biscuit. On the palate, minerality and complexity, lovely fleshiness with red fruit, toasted bread in the finish. A delightful glass of Champagne to enjoy!
