Characteristics:
The schild family has been growing Frontignac (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) for more than 60 years. Bright, pale lemon colour with green tinges. Intense perfume of elderflower and white floral notes, with hints of citrus, white peach and nectarine. Pretty mouthfeel and a balance between texture and freshness.
Food pairing:
Combine with lightly spiced Asian food, or with a dessert with raw fruit preparations. Can be enjoyed on its own as an indulgence.
About the winery:
Schild Estate wines are created with authenticity and passion. Grapes are sourced from a number of selected vineyards around Lyndoch in Barossa Valley. Winemakers are Scott Hazeldine & James Adams.
