Characteristics:
Deep crimson colour, complex red fruit aromas and black cherry, spicy notes, black tea and subtle oak. Fine grained tannins. 2012 was a moderate temperature vintage, with cool evenings. Harvested beginning of March & spent 18 months on oak, 20% new, the balance on 4th fill and older.

Pairs well with beef and venison.
