Characteristics:
Dry aromatic rosé, the salmon pink colour is typical of the short skin maceration of the indigenous Negroamaro grape. Intense aromas and flavours of citrus and orange blossom, with a saltiness due to the direct proximity to the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Seas. Certified organic, fresh, dry and balanced.

Food pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, with hummus or baba ganoush. Serve with light or cold fish dishes, grilled shrimp, lobster and sushi or with fresh garden salads with vinaigrette. Pairs well with fresh pasta with light sauces, such as lemon or garlic or with grilled vegetables.
