Characteristics:
Dry, fresh and complex Sauvignon Blanc, grapes sourced from a single vineyard planted in 1997. Pale lemon colour, with aromas of white pear, pineapple, apple and subtle herbaceousness. The palate offers gooseberry, pear and a touch of passion fruit. Drinks beautifully now and will develop further over the next 5 years. Strict VEGAN guidelines were adhered to during the entire farming and winemaking process.

Food pairing:
As a stylish and fresh aperitif, with oysters, white fish, steamed mussels, grilled aubergines or artichoke salad.
