Masterful blend of white grapes, dominated by 52% Riesling, 29% Viognier, 19% Chardonnay. Peach and tropical undertones. Gooseberries and a typical riesling twist. Creamy, with fresh citrus and a pleasant aftertaste.

perfect with oysters, sushi, fish, seafood or as an aperitif.

About the winery:
Peter Finlayson makes great wines in the cool region of Hermanus, near the Atlantic Ocean. In the beginning of his career, he stayed in the French Burgundy region, and became more and more passionate about Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In Hermanus, in the beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde Valley he found the ideal location to build one of the most famous wine estates in South Africa in partnership with Paul Bouchard. Talented Chris Albrecht has been appointed as winemaker in the meantime.
