Fattoria dei Barbi Maremma Toscana 2019 DOC
Characteristics:
Accessible medium-bodied dry red wine from 50% Sangiovese with Merlot, Alicante, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Maremma is the most recent Tuscan denomination and has been extremely well received. Purple red colour with aromas and tastes of red berries, plums, blueberries, cherries and light sweet spices. Supple and round , with good balance and a long aftertaste.
Food pairing:
Think Italian: pasta with a meat or tomato sauce and even meatloaf. Baked pasta dishes such as lasagne, pizza or even grilled cheese sandwiches . Very versatile, excellent through a whole meal, if you like red for aperitif, then this is your companion!

Characteristics:
Classic & young in style, rich in body and structure, made of 90% Sangiovese and Canaiolo. Aged on stainless steel. Aromas of red cherries, plums and dried berries with hints of flowers and sweet tobacco. Medium bodied, red currant and berry flavours. Ready to enjoy.

Fattoria dei Barbi Rosso di Montalcino 2020 DOC
Characteristics:
Medium-bodied red wine made from Sangiovese grapes of younger vineyards, which produce aromatic and elegant wines. 6 months of refinement in small & medium oak barrels and stainless steel. Brilliant ruby red with aromas of fresh red berries, red currant and cherry. Light scents of eucalyptus. Savoury, mineral and pleasant with smooth tannins and a touch of menthol in the finish. Ageing potential of 5 years.
Food pairing:
an ideal every day companion for family meals. Serve with roasted and grilled meat (both beef and white meat), cheeses and casseroles, at a temperature of 18°C.
