Characteristics:
Innovative and pure wine, blend of Grenache Blanc, Palomino and Chenin Blanc. Natural fermentation, no additives, no sulphur addition and unfiltered. Old, non-irrigated bush vines that grow on Table Mountain sandstone, among natural fynbos and rooibos tea. Straw colour with slight green tinge. Complex nose of citrus zest, pineapple and a slight nutiness. Fresh and vibrant palate, with good texture and a long creamy finish. Keeps evolving in the glass!
Food pairing:
Refined wine that requires tasteful companion: oysters, crab, sashimi, razor clams. Serve with roasted scallops or grilled squid.
