Blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc and 11% Merlot. Saturated ruby colour, with a dense and interwoven complexity of tilled earth, nut meg, bouquet garni, with red- and black currant and cedar. The wine is classic, refined, with an elegant structure, precise tannins, and together with the clever use of new oak, creates the perfect backdrop to host the complex fruit spectrum. A long, and youthful finish. If stored correctly, this wine will mature gracefully for 20 – 25 years.
