Characteristics:
Premium dry white wine, full of expression and character, typical for Sauvignon Blanc blended with 24% Semillon. The grapes grow on the Inglenook estate, on sandy clay and underlying gravel. 8 months sur lie, partially on new French oak (23%), neutral oak and stainless steel. Aromas and flavours of lime, lemon blossom and gooseberry. The palate is crisp and refreshing and lingers seamlessly into a prolonged finish. Well-balanced food wine!

Food pairing:
This is a versatile food wine: serve with fish in general, or seafood such as scallops, seafood pasta and grilled calamari. Delightful with a classic caprese or with creamy seafood risotto. Pairs well with poultry and a touch of freshness, like lemon chicken or grilled citrus quail.

Since 2011, guests are welcomed to the brand new Rosso & Bianco winery in Alexander Valley in Sonoma.
