Characteristics:
Blend made of 28% Shiraz with Bordeaux varietals. The colour is dark ruby, the aromas are exuberant with black berries, dark chocolate and cigar box, intertwined with vanilla and soft spices; good tannic structure

Food pairing:
Combine with red meat: beef, lamb, venison, accompanied by flavourful sauces. Can be enjoyed on it's own as a meditation wine.

In this environment, the grapes can ripen slowly, which gives beautiful aromas and nicely developed tastes. Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz feel unbelievably well in this region.
